By accessing and using Amdavad Wheel Rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from booking or utilizing vehicle rental services offered on this website.

To rent a vehicle from our catalog, customers must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Possess a valid, non-expired driving license appropriate for the vehicle category (car or bike).
• Provide valid identification proofs (e.g. Aadhaar, Passport) on vehicle pickup.
• Fulfill minimum age limits governed by regional motor vehicle regulations.

Submitting a booking request via our web forms logs an inquiry in our system. The reservation is not confirmed until support staff validates vehicle availability, completes security checks, and issues a final confirmation status.

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with all local driving laws. Customers are responsible for any fines, traffic violations, fuel expenses, or damage incurred during the active rental period. Sub-leasing, illegal transport, or modifications of vehicles are strictly prohibited.

Amdavad Wheel Rental, its employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, health injuries, or personal property damages resulting from the use of rented vehicles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Active booking inquiries will be governed by terms active at the time of submission.
