Cancelling Your Booking
We understand that plans can change. Here is how we handle cancellations:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time, we will refund 100% of your money.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, a 1-day rental charge will be deducted.
- If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be provided.
Security Deposit Refunds
For vehicles that need a security deposit, we make sure it is safe and returned quickly:
- We refund the full deposit amount immediately as soon as you return the vehicle in the same condition.
- If there is any damage or traffic fine during your rental, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Early Returns
If you decide to return the vehicle earlier than your scheduled return date, we cannot offer refunds for the unused time. This is because the vehicle was booked and held exclusively for you, preventing other customers from renting it.
Vehicle Breakdowns
In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, please contact our support team immediately. If we cannot provide a replacement vehicle, we will refund you 100% for the remaining unused days of your rental period.
How You Get Your Money Back
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
